All Prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. The Bump & Baby Boutique accepts most major credit and debit cards.

The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd reserves the right to adjust the price and/or specification of any product or to withdraw any product without any prior notice at any time.

The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd tries to ensure that the products shown on this website are accurately described but slight variations may be expected in some products.

DESPATCH

Despatch & Delivery
The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd currently despatches Royal Mail “Recorded Signed For” to addresses within the United Kingdom Mainland only. Once items have been despatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Incorrect Goods received

If you receive items that are not as ordered, you must notify us by telephone on 07920 853715 or by e-mail at sales@bumpandbabyboutique.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd will refund the cost of the items and the postage within 7 days of receipt of the returned incorrect items. You must not open the packaging of the individual items or gift basket packaging, or use the items. The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd will not refund or exchange any suspected used items.

Goods damaged in transit

You must notify us by telephone on 07920 853715 or by e-mail at sales@bumpandbabyboutique.co.uk of any damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt. The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge.  You may be asked to return faulty goods to us. You must not open the packaging of the individual items or gift basket packaging, or use the items. The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd will not refund or exchange any suspected used items.

Out of Stock items

If any part of your order is out of stock you will notified by e-mail within 48 hours of your order.

Exchanges:

Please notify us by telephone on 07920 853715 or by e-mail at sales@bumpandbabyboutique.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Return your purchases to us within 7 days of receipt, and The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd standard rates) will apply. The Bump & Baby Boutique Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, used or are not in their original condition.

Goods not arrived 

If your order has not arrived by 7 days after order please notify us by telephone on 07920 853715 or by e-mail at sales@bumpandbabyboutique.co.uk
